Anthony Ley is a Certified Arborist, Tree Risk Assessment Qualified and Prescription Pruning Qualified with the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA# IN 3714A). He is also a member of the Indiana Arborist Association. More than the credentials, he has climbed and passionately cared for trees for 24 years and counting.

Anthony is a member of the Kile Oak Advisory Association, Indiana Arborist Association’s Climbing Competition Committee and the Indiana Arborist Association’s Education Board.

Anthony volunteers and teaches regularly for the Indiana Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and at the Crown Hill Arboretum. He does this in order to help mold future stewards, community members and professionals into informed decision makers when it comes to their interactions with nature.

Anthony’s entire philosophy is that we don’t need huge swings in environmental thought, we just need to understand our piece of nature so we can allow her the necessary room to work.
